It issued comprehensive directions under Article 142, including fast-tracking surveillance infrastructure (within six months), stringent action against vehicles and owners, installation of CCTV on the bridge, prevention of waste dumping, and recruitment of forest personnel within one year. The Court stayed the proposed de-notification of 732 hectares of the sanctuary and directed the Ministry of Jal Shakti and Central Water Commission to file affidavits on environmental flows.
